About Elle
Elle holds space for women to pause, reconnect with themselves, and rediscover the quiet strength that already exists within them.
Omni Essence was created as a sanctuary where women can slow down, reconnect with their bodies, and return to a sense of inner balance. Located in the forests of Kinglake, this space was born from the understanding that healing does not come from forcing change, but from creating the right conditions for the body and mind to soften and rebalance naturally.
Elle's work is grounded in reflexology and supported by complementary practices including Reiki and Australian Bush Flower Essences. Each session is gentle, intuitive, and guided by the individual needs of the person in front of her.
Over time, Elle recognised that many women were not only seeking relaxation or bodywork, but also a space where they could pause, reflect, and reconnect with their own inner guidance. This led to the creation of Women's Sanctum — a circle-based space for connection, reflection, and shared wisdom.
Drawing inspiration from nature, the elements, and seasonal rhythms, Elle's work focuses on supporting the nervous system, restoring balance, and helping women feel more at home within themselves.
Elle's approach is shaped not only by professional training, but by lived experience navigating life's deeper challenges and the transformation that can follow.

Crystals are woven into every session, working with your body's energy field and the body's innate knowing to support emotional and physical wellbeing. A curated selection of crystals is also available to take home and continue your journey.
Frequency Therapy
